Mr. Suda worked for a property management (PM) company in the Mitsui Fudosan group, experiencing PM operations for all types of assets including office buildings, hotels and retail, brokerage business, leasing agency business and outsourced management operations, and gaining knowledge of a range of operations covering entrustment, management and sales transactions of real estate.
Before joining the PM company, he worked for Nakano Corporation, taking charge of contracts, the delivery of property, accounting in the building industry, and order intake/sales of construction, and he has experience in and knowledge of the field of architecture.
He was also involved in a real estate redevelopment business in a real estate company listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and then joined AAA Consulting K.K. in November 2016. Currently, he is mainly involved in the development of new business, and is also in charge of the brokerage business and sales to overseas investors where he takes advantage of his English skills, working in a variety of business fields. He has an established reputation for his problem solving and proposal skills based on extensive business experience in the building/real estate business.
