Mr. Kato worked as the head of research in Japan for CBRE, leading the real estate strategy consulting and real estate research division and taking responsibility for real estate market analysis, provision of reports, real estate consulting for corporations, and data management.
Before joining CBRE, he worked for a major life assurance company, taking charge of loans/screening, real estate appraisal, securities investment, and financial planning, and also gained broad experience in asset management as a senior fund manager.
After launching a private real estate investment consulting business, he joined AAA Consulting K.K. in November 2016. He is mainly in charge of real estate market research and the support of overseas investors. He has an established reputation for his business performance based on his experience and skills in the fields of finance and real estate. His Kindle book, “What You Need to Know Before Investing in Real Estate” became a bestseller in the category of real estate investment on amazon.co.jp.
