AAA Consulting K.K. came into being in September 2012, as a new real estate consulting company under the umbrella of the Agility Asset Advisors (AAA) Group. Our services cover principal investment, real estate brokerage, property management and real estate consulting.
Our goal here at AAA Consulting is to be a company that is widely trusted by investors, both in Japan and overseas.
Our principal investment business is handled by a team of professionals, specializing in finance, tax, construction and real estate. We carefully examine each investment, and combine that with flexible thinking to ensure that we only proceed with the highest quality investments.
We maintain close relationships with institutions such as financial institutions, investment funds, developers and real estate companies, and are always on the lookout for potential investments.
We launched our property management business in October 2013, at the request of both domestic and overseas investors. We manage properties from an investor’s perspective, as a combined property management company dealing with everything from offices to residential and retail premises.
One of the key features of AAA Consulting is that we have our own specialist real estate leasing center, and operate as a real estate consulting company that provides full support from an investor’s perspective, from condominium properties to entire buildings, from buying to selling. We can provide real estate consulting support for overseas investors in particular, including real estate market research, gathering property information, brokerage services, occupant services after buying real estate, and tax accounting contracts.
We intend to establish an even stronger presence for AAA Consulting, and are determined to push full steam ahead in the future, as a trusted company that reliably produces results.
