SolutionsBased on the plan by our partner company, we adopted mosaic tiles, painting the ceiling, cut-out sticker, changing guide displays, downlight, indirect lighting and tyding bicycles. |
EffectThe entrance became elegantly remodeled beyond the original and we also changed the property name when the renovation was finished. It was favorably received by tenants. As a result, the occupancy rate improved. |
